Connecting to all that matters, nature and each other. We've raised and nurtured six offspring and now enjoy multiple grandchildren. Ricochet, our sweet Cavalier, passed in 2025, but we still feel his presence in our 1870's farmhouse home.

Sunstra is our lovely rescued Siamese or Thai (depending on who you ask) feline companion. The word sunstra is thai for "girl with beautiful eyes". Sunstra is not that concerned with her genealogy, she is focused on the here and now of daily life.

These are some of the trees on the ancestral property where I grew up in southern Ohio. I have fond memories of the feeling of grass under my bare toes and my "special" maple tree with the perfect branch for sitting with a book.
